Build up and standardize the manufacturing process.Provide technical support to daily production, to solve process and quality problem, introduce new technology and automated equments, to improve production efficiency and product quality continuously Responsible for manufacturing process planning,development, verification, and optimization; Responsible for development of delivery specification,reveiwing of proposal and design, installation and acceptance, handover and launch of new production equipment with suppliers; Design and optimize the productin lines, including processing design, working place design, time study/standard times study,headcount planning,material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and losses; Setup and verify the process parameters,develop and manage process document including PFMEA,process flow chart, production layout,work instructions,standard working time,etc; Participate in problem solving of product, process, and equipment issues actively, to ensure smooth production; Introduce new process, new technology,to improve production efficiency, and conduct the skill training for production team; Implement and track Engineering Change Notice process flows; Lead and coordinate new projects implementation regarding automation and digitalization(Robot,Automation, AI, MES,WMS,AGV) Participate in lean transformation,to optimize the manufacturing process to improve production efficiency; Support customer complains analysis and corrective actions implementation. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or electrical engineering related. Above 5 years' experience in manufacturing enigneering or mechanical design, experience in capacitor industry related. Skilled in 2D/3D software, good knowledge of various mechanical structure principles, automation, fixture&tooling design,etc.
