- Follow up with onsite team and business to work out the business solution, and drive the release plan based on business criticality
- Work out requirements/stories and drive the roll out plan
- Employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve overall business and systems applicability and performance
- Support overall project management and business strategy related to information delivery, business intelligence and data governance
- Maintain effective working relationships with organizational team and clients
- Prepare functional specification documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
- Strong moderation skills, experience with discussion and conflict resolution
- Ability to lead through influencing, not by command-and-control
- Must be collaborative in driving decisions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
- Basic SQL or RDBMS (preferred, but not required)
- SDLC experience (preferred, but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree along with 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably: Corp finance, Billing.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
