The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or a related field, with a proven track record in product maintenance, testing, and formula optimization.Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
  • Project Management: Independently handle product maintenance, testing, and formula optimization to ensure flawless execution.
  • Technical Support: Provide strictly professional support to BTE, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to successfully implement new strategies.
  • Complaint Investigation: Lead complaint investigations with precision and conduct lab tests to determine root causes.
  • Reporting: Keep collaborators updated on project progress and provide comprehensive reports to ensure everyone is informed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S principles, encouraging a safe and efficient working environment.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven relevant work experience in chemical industrial.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) to compete in a global market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in laboratory techniques and product optimization, with a strong focus on innovation.
  • Behavioral Proficiencies: Strong customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
