岗位介绍:1. 高风险交易审核:监控和审核高风险交易,确保其符合反海外腐败法及当地市场监管要求,对供应商进行尽职调查,提供专业的合规审核意见。2. 经销商尽职调查:定期对经销商进行合规尽职调查,评估其合规风险。3. 利益冲突审核。4. 合规培训:设计和实施针对员工及管理层的合规培训计划,提升全员合规意识。5. 合规体系建设:配合合规总监进行当年度合规体系建设,优化流程修补流程缺陷。6. 合规文化推广:撰写合规通讯,积极推动合规文化的传播。7. 合规报告:协助合规总监准备季度和年度合规报告,汇总分析合规数据并提出改进建议。8. 定期撰写季度及年度合规报告,以协助合规总监向管理层汇报年度合规项目的执行情况。查情况。9. 政策制定与修订:制定和更新合规政策、程序及指南,确保其符合最新监管要求。任职要求:法律相关专业或有司法考试证书优先考虑; 五年以上合规或法律工作经验(如工作经验不足5年需要候选人有非常快速的学习的能力和极强的学习意愿);3. 英语口语及书写流利,可以顺畅沟通;4. 熟练掌握各项Office办公软件技能,精通Excel及PPT优先考虑;5. 诚信正直、积极主动、团队协作及良好的沟通能力;6. 可以在压力及多任务的状态下进行有效判断及工作;7. 认真细致,客户导向,解决方案导向。1. High-risk transaction review: Monitor and review high-risk transactions to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and local market regulatory requirements, conduct due diligence on supplies, and provide professional compliance review opinions.2. Distributor due diligence: Conduct regular compliance due diligence on distributors to assess the risks.3. Conflict of interest review.4. Compliance training: Design and implement compliance training programs for employees and management to enhance compliance awareness among all staff.5. Compliance Program Development: Collaborate with the Compliance Director on compliance process development, optimizing processes, and fixing process gaps.6. Compliance Culture Promotion: Draft compliance newsletters and actively promote the dissemination of compliance culture.7. Compliance Report: Assist the Compliance Director in preparing quarterly and annual compliance reports to the management team.8. Regularly write quarterly and annual compliance reports to assist the Compliance Director in reporting the implementation status of annual compliance projects to management.9. Policy Development and Revision: Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure they comply with the latest regulatory requirements.Job Requirements:1. A degree in law-related fields or a legal professional qualification certificate is preferred.2. Over five years of compliance or legal work experience (If the candidate has less than five years of work experience, he/she must have a very fast learning ability and a strong willingness to learn.)3. Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively.4. Proficient in various Office software skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.5. Integrity, proactivity, teamwork, and strong communication skills.6. Ability to make effective judgments and work under pressure and in a multi-tasking environment.7. Diligent, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
