You will serve as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the region, supporting both commercial and corporate functions.
  • Lead and coordinate financial planning cycles (Plan, LRP, LBE, S&OP) across multiple functions.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data, providing clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support regional and global consolidation processes and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial, medical, and enabling functions, providing financial guidance and strategic input.
  • Support pricing, forecasting, and incentive planning processes in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
  • Lead or support ad hoc financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case development.
  • Provide financial leadership in cross-functional initiatives, including digital transformation, cost optimization, and M&A integration.
You'll be a key advisor to senior leaders, directly shaping business decisions.Exposure to strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business finance roles, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Fluent in English
