- Complete recruitment tasks according to the requirements of the department. Including salary staff and hourly staff. Assists in setting up recruitment policies.
- Responsible for the job information delivery, collection and preliminary screening of resume, interview arrangement, and so on.
- Coordinate employee monthly activities, such as birthday party and so on.
- Coordinate employee yearly activities, such as badminton games/Culture week and so on.
- Conduct training yearly survey and help to choose training suppliers according to different needs.
- Doing orientation for new staffs and Evaluation of training effect.
- Support HR Director with AP affairs and Update Org Chart as required.
- Manage employment Labor contractor and EMP and Update HR report as request.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 or more years in a recruiting HR role
- Demonstrated success in talent development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR strategy
- Experience in fast-paced, global or matrixed environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-tech, or innovative industry environment
- Advanced degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies, data analytics tools, and metrics-driven HR strategies
