Serve as the functional lead for Full Validation Testing .
Propose and refine new test infrastructures and methodologies to ensure efficient and expedited product qualification processes.
Take full ownership of the current test infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Center of Excellence (CoE) benchmarks.
Team Development and Management:

Mentor and train team members to boost organizational skills and innovation capacity.
Foster an innovation-first mindset aimed at generating intellectual property (IPs).
Project and Strategy Execution:

Drive continuous process optimizations and resource management.
Pioneer preventive strategies like the "RMA Shift-Left" across all new projects and customer escalations, ensuring early identification and corrective actions.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate effectively with global teams on long-term partnerships, including leading strategic discussions with key collaborators (e.g., Longsys).

Showcase effective project risk analysis and proactive communication with all involved parties.QualificationsQualifications and Skills

Experience:

Years of Experience 20+ years with 5+ years in management for System validation organization
Proven track record in system validation.
Expertise in realigning validation strategies and processes.
Previous leadership in managing validation environments such as Pre-Silicon validation setups.
Personality and Aspirations:

Focus on climbing the managerial ladder while acting as a crucial contributor to iNAND's success.
Adept at identifying and championing improvement areas within teams.

Technical and analytical skills required

In depth understanding of firmware algorithms used in any NAND Flash based storage devices (SSD, eMMC, UFS, SD, USB Flash drives) or other storage devices
Knowledge in any Host protocols like as UFS, eMMC, SCSI, SATA, PCIe, NVMe is an added advantage
Experienced and familiar with firmware development, Integration and validation
Knowledgeable on product and quality standards and relevant host protocols, in particular eMMC and UFS.
Test coverage methods for real-time embedded systems, especially storage systems and/or NAND storage
Able to methodically root cause complex failure mechanism
Strong programming knowledge & debugging skills in Python, C and C++.

Be able to work in pressure for quick resolution and delivery.
