500k high-voltage circuit-breakers installed globally.How you’ll make an impactYou will do timely and accurately issue procurement requirements to CSS buyers and provide reasonable demand times for urgent materials.You will be based on current and forecasted orders, reasonably predict the procurement demand plan for long cycle/bottleneck materials and annually forecast the demand for bottleneck materials to SCM according to business needs.You will assist CSS buyers in ensuring the supply of raw materials according to production requirements and ensure that procurement plans are executed in an orderly and balanced manner.You will monitor raw material inventory, analyze and improve raw materials on a monthly basis, and promote the reduction of raw material inventory, supervise the use of obsolete materials, coordinate with other departments to consume obsolete materials and dispose of them.You will do timely maintain procurement data related to SAP materials to ensure that the MRP operation results of the system are consistent with the actual status. Conduct ABC&XYZ analysis on materials every quarter, and drive improvement on abnormal parts through data analysis.You will do timely completion of corresponding training on compliance and HSE requirements, and completion of corresponding compliance & safety indicators. You will be reasonable schedule production based on demand and capacity.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi energy's core values of safety and integrity, means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundYou hold bachelor's degree or above.3+ years of work experience in production planning, procurement, or planning in manufacturing enterprises.Having good coordination and communication skills, as well as data analysis abilities, able to handle work issues within the scope of this profession.Good coordination, able to handle work pressure, having the required knowledge of quality, safety and environment for the position. Proficient in using office software and SAP-PP modules are preferred.Good health; Open mindedness, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, strong learning ability and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous.Fluent Mandarin and excellent communication skills. Have good abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.More about us
