· Lead strategic optimization of existing MICE platforms/partnerships and identify new opportunities for the purpose of gaining market share and revenue.· New MICE partnership development· IHG G&M book direct enablement across platforms and hotel PMS connectivity meeting customer need, while enlarging enterprise contribution· Own hotel end to end offer/promotion implementation, and daily maintenance.· IHG G&M system/tools enhancement based on business requirement.· G&M Offer/promotion design and implementation, by working with IHG Sales, Loyalty, Commercial Performance and Operations team to conclude relevant offers by brands, destination underpin varies seasonality.· Provide critical inputs and enable Sales leadership in the development of industry strategy, insight feeding and expand manage accounts MICE penetration.· Leading G&M related initiatives/projects that innovates efficiency and own cost.
