A foreign companyResponsibilities：
1、preside over the overall equipment design, selection, manufacturing, installation plans and budgets;
2、preside over the new equipment planning, procurement, acceptance of all phases of work to ensure the quality of purchased equipment; ...3、Responsible for organizing the installation personnel to participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment;
4、Responsible for the development and implementation of equipment design and installation of technical training of personnel;
5. Responsible for the daily administration within the department;
6、Develop the technical transformation program and implementation of equipment;
7、Responsible for the training of departmental personnel and team building;
8、Responsible for departmental staff training and performance appraisal management;
9、Organize the preparation of self-manufactured equipment maintenance manuals and maintenance plans for the assessment of the definition;
10、The digestion and absorption of newly introduced equipment and new technologies, with subsequent self-research capabilities;
11、Localization of imported equipment transformation;
12、Project organization and management and cross-departmental communication and coordination;
13、To revitalize the existing idle equipment assets;
14、Responsible for the management of preventive maintenance of the whole plant equipment, equipment failure recovery timeliness management.Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
