- Develop customers and maintain customer intimacy
- Achieve sales targets in the downstream general ASU market.
- Identify opportunities during the FEED phase and maintain accurate data in CRM tool (Sales Force).
- Prepare budgetary proposals with support from the PDE.
- Organize GNG and BNB meetings as the project reaches different milestones.
- Lead clarification meetings with clients, supported by the functional team.
- Define target pricing, provide accurate sales intelligence, and develop winning strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Siemens Energy's policies throughout the sales process.
- Be familiar with PM@Siemens Energy and the eLOA process.
- Lead final contract negotiations.
- Complete the order entry checklist upon project award.
- Participate in win/loss analysis meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Turbomachinery.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in turbomachinery or the oil & gas industry.
- Experience in large multinational companies is preferred.
- Background in air separation is a plus.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
