Job Category: Projects EngineeringJob Description:In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Participate in MAV (Main Automation Vendor) and One Emerson project for strategic accounts, effort on the project lifecycle management and support.
  • Handle and implement the projects aligning with national regulations and standards, the company policies and work processes as well as fulfilling the contractual specifications.
  • Schedule management. Acquire and understand owner's and/or EPCs' master schedules. Produce and update MAV project execution schedules. Actively supervise the project progress status, identify schedule gaps and take control actions and efforts on schedule recovery. Communicate, coordinate and expedite among BUs' sales and project teams as well as manufacturing facilities to ensure on time deliveries for documentation, contractual goods and services.
  • Package management to ensure the standardization in driving the MAV Frame Purchase Agreement and upsell Emerson products.
  • Identify project risks/challenges, develop mitigation plan and be responsible for implementation.
  • Ensure the contract commitments are met. Commercial contract management and payment collections.
  • Generate comprehensive project progress reporting normally monthly. Highlight potential project risks that commercially have cost and schedule impacts, provide recommendations and proposals to keep or bring the project on track.
  • Ensure the project documents are delivered by the BUs' teams as per the specifications and requirements as stipulated in the contracts.
  • Work at customer sites to own the whole project team for the site service activities.
  • Coordinate and/or participate in the project meetings internally with operation force, externally with outside project collaborators. Ensure smooth and adequate communications among project collaborators by means of phone calls, email messages, Teams meetings and/or face to face meetings.
  • Achieve and improve customer happiness on the project implementation.
  • Be able to summarize the lessons learned over the project implementation phase and wrap-up project close-out packages for handovers to ensure customers will get continued support and services from BUs and Rapid Response Centre.
  • Complete other job assigned by China Perfect Execution and PMO department.

  • University degree in an engineering field such as Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Automation.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience preferably in the Process Industries and Automation Industry. Experiences working in EPC companies will be a plus.
  • Have basic knowledge of Control System, Valves and Field Instruments.
  • Mature personality and interpersonal savvy, strong collaboration style, teamwork, and good communication skills within matrix organization.
  • Good planning and priority management.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
