Your roleAs a HR Manager , you will report to General Manager, New Start-up Company.You will
  • Develop and own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the company, aligning hiring plans with business objectives and growth projections.
  • Establish and refine the hiring framework to ensure all recruitment activities and decisions consistently reflect the group Cultural Behaviors and core values.
  • Coordinate essential training sessions focused on compliance, systems, and core professional skills to enhance organization capabilities.
  • Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness, continuously refining programs to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the managers and employees to mitigate risk and resolve employee relations concerns when they occur.
  • Proactively manage and resolve workplace conflicts, performance issues, and grievances, ensuring strict compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and manage an equitable and compliant compensation structure, including salary benchmarks and benefits programs, based on market analysis and VT HR Strategy.
  • Administer all aspects of payroll coordination and ensure accurate and timely processing in adherence to local regulations.
  • Promote and build up AC culture and values in the acquired companies so to have the common awareness and expected behaviors from the new employees.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR field with at least 5 years of management experience. Experience of working with a variety of corporate cultures and business areas, including but not limited to skilled, professional and senior management populations is highly desirable
  • Ability to deal with conflict - communication, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills, ability to work independently, whilst also being able to judge when additional support is required
  • Up to date knowledge of appropriate employment legislation and evidence of putting employment law knowledge into practice
  • Previous experience in managing projects, design and implementation of HR tools
  • Experience of supporting/delivering culture change projects
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to set own priorities, manage multiple tasks and reschedule work in a changing environment
  • Team player with experience of management and supervision of direct reports as well ability to build support from key stakeholders in order to successfully achieve goals
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
