About this Position
  • To ensure our cosmetic products are manufactured in compliance with all relevant regulations(e.g., CSAR) and internal quality standards. You will be the guardian of quality on the production floor, responsible for monitoring processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvements to guarantee the safety, efficacy, and consistency of our products.
What you´ll do
  • Quality System & Compliance Management:
· Ensure contract manufacturers (CMs) strictly adhere to Henkel's global quality management system requirements and regulations requirements.
· Develop, update, and train on relevant Quality Management System procedures and documentation.
· Lead and participate in quality activities such as internal audits, management reviews, and non-conformance investigations.
. Contract Manufacturer Performance Management.
· Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of contract manufacturers and key suppliers.
· Provide on-site supervision and surveillance of CM's production, testing, and record-keeping activities to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and traceability.
· Manage the release process for raw materials and finished goods produced at CMs.
  • New Product Launch Support:
· Create and maintain master data (e.g., BOMs) in relevant systems to ensure accurate production.
· Resolve quality issues during trial production to ensure successful ramp-up and on-time launch.
  • Operational Quality Control;
· Provide CMs with standardized specifications for raw materials, packaging, and finished products, as well as test methods.
· Identify and manage non-conforming products, providing disposition instructions and tracking implementation.
· Coordinate inspections and periodic product sampling at CM sites.

· Manage sales records for domestic products and quality-related activities for export products.What makes you a good fit
  • At least bachelor's degree in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Microbiology or quality related background.
  • At least 5 years of experiences in leading quality department in Cosmetic/Food/laundry industries.
  • Experience of hygienic and manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant quality regulations and standards.
  • Strong auditing, problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge in root-cause-analysis tools.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, team worker.
  • High self-motivation and initiative taking.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient PC skills MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP).
  • Strong communication skills and leadership skills.
