- Develop Coleman brand team capability to facilitate brand launch and growth for next 5 years
- Develop and execute comprehensive Coleman Brand Strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Develop Innovation with global team to drive innovative brand equity.
- Supervise the execution on brand plan such as media, social, channel strategy and working plan
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date with Marketing cutting-edgy trend, methodology to build brand team capability
- Find root issues/opportunities to solve brand problems and drive sales.
- Insightful gesture to move forward even with obstacles
- Communication with cross function team especially the sales, EC team, and global/APAC team on brand strategy and execution plan.
- Deep dive consumer insight to guide brand development and brand building
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.) to drive traffic, conversion and basket size with clear ROI measurement related with GMV achievement.
- Develop brand by working closely with global team to drive innovation launch
- Develop brand activation plan
- Supervise the brand activation execution
- Lead and mentor Coleman marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of solid experience in brand marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience in brand development and brand building.
- Strong understanding of brand building approach: Media, social, marketing collaboration and execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insight, make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to envision, empower and enable the people in his/her org.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity to work out the plan from 0 to 1.
- Ability to identify and apply creative solutions to resolve brand issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
