- This job purpose is to provide full formulation development service to ensure future requirement of respective business units are reflected in the short to long-term technical programs.
- Develop new hair color formula/technologies for Asia consumers (more for CN retail market), ensure its stability, performance superiority, catering needs of target consumers.
- Ensure NPD delivery on time without formulation issue. Set proper technical timeline, coordinating formula related discussion like technical risk assessment and alignment, driving efficient formula cost; Technical support to mkt, sales and supply chain.
- Support regulation team regarding regulation compliance and product notification/registration.
- Resolving quality issue related to formulation.
- Technical support to 1) Marketing activity, including technical claim and demo generation and other technical content generation. 2) technical training for SC, Sales, and exporting countries/market.
- Master's degree as a must; Doctor's degree is welcome.
- Major in chemistry/ chemistry engineering/material science/biology.
- English CET-6.
- 2~3yrs+ formula development working experience in FMCG industry; more relevant category experience in Hair Color category is preferred. Hair care or cosmetics related with color are also welcome.
- Passionate on formulation design.
- Good at communication in both English and Chinese.
- Fast learner.

- Good at working under pressure and time management.
- Familiar with office software, particularly excel and PPT; Familiarity with digital tools, like python or Power BI is preferred.
