- Monitor inventory and facilitate spare parts sales coordination for equipment maintenance.
- Generate reports on service metrics, including response times, client satisfaction, and resource utilization.
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, technical coordination, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
- Problem-solving skills to manage complex service scenarios.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and capable of multitasking.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in project management or service coordination (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are advantageous
