- 主导非标设备项目的规划、执行、监控与交付，确保项目按时、按预算、按质量要求完成。
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of non-standard equipment projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality-compliant outcomes.2.需求分析与方案制定
- 与客户及技术团队合作，分析定制化设备需求，制定技术方案和项目计划书。
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to analyze customized equipment requirements and develop technical proposals and project plans.3.跨部门协调
- 协调机械设计、电气工程、生产制造、采购及质量团队，确保资源高效配置与任务无缝衔接。
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical design, electrical engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA) to ensure efficient resource allocation and seamless task integration.4.风险管理与问题解决
- 识别项目潜在风险（如技术难点、供应链延迟），制定应急预案并推动问题闭环。
- Identify project risks (e.g., technical challenges, supply chain delays), develop contingency plans, and drive issue resolution.5.成本与进度控制
- 监控项目预算及关键节点，定期汇报项目状态，优化资源以达成成本目标。
- Monitor project budget and milestones, provide regular status updates, and optimize resources to meet cost objectives.6.客户沟通与验收
- 作为客户主要对接人，管理需求变更，主导设备调试、验收及售后支持。
- Serve as the primary client contact, manage change requests, and lead equipment commissioning, acceptance, and post-delivery support.7.文档管理
- 确保项目文档（技术协议、图纸、验收报告）完整归档并符合合规要求。
- Ensure complete documentation (technical agreements, drawings, acceptance reports) and compliance with regulatory standards.8.持续改进
- 总结项目经验，优化非标设备开发流程，提升团队效率与客户满意度。
- Conduct post-project reviews to optimize development processes and improve team efficiency/client satisfaction.Qualifications1.教育背景 Education
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、工业工程或相关专业。
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.2.工作经验 Working Experience
- 5年以上非标设备/自动化设备项目管理经验，熟悉机械设计、PLC编程及生产制造流程。
- 5+ years of project management experience in non-standard/automation equipment, with knowledge of mechanical design, PLC programming, and manufacturing processes.3.技能要求 Skill
- 精通项目管理工具（MS Project/JIRA/甘特图），熟悉AutoCAD/SolidWorks等设计软件。
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project/JIRA/Gantt) and design software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
- 出色的沟通能力、抗压能力及跨文化团队协作经验（如有国际客户）。
- Excellent communication, stress management, and cross-cultural teamwork skills (experience with international clients is a plus).
- 英语流利（读写说），可处理英文技术文档及会议。
- Fluent in English (written/spoken) for technical documentation and meetings.4.加分项 Preferred
- PMP/Prince2认证；有汽车、电子、医疗器械行业非标设备经验优先。
- PMP/Prince2 certification; experience in automotive, electronics, or medical device industries.
