- Responsible for the safety management in the related work area according to the company ESHA guideline .
- Responsible for the activities to fullfill GMP, HALAL, RSPO, ISO, and other quality standards.
- Responsible to fullfill the requirements from Authority, laws and regulations.
- Quality management
- Contribute to follow up the qualify compaints with QA.
- Contribute to solvle the quality issue with other departments.
- Contribute to find the root cause of OOS with QA.
- Ensure to pass all the audits from different quality systems.
- Operation management
- Ensure to coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the daily operation.
- Ensure to delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff.
- Ensure to coordinate and monitor the work of various departments: production, warehousing and planning.
- Ensure to coordinate UEE monthly meeting for different departments to reach plant UEE target.
- Responsible for plant utilities/CO2 emission reduction and reach the target
- Excellent & PT
- Ensure to improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
- Ensure to implements COX in daily work, and reach plant yearly CPTT hard benefit target
- Ensure to implement the continuous improvement and estimate the benefits
- Responsible for new products development from pilot reactor side.
- Chemical or related major, bachelor or above.
- At least 5 years management skill especially in production or plant.
- Good English skill both in spoken and written
- National registered safety engineer is prefer
