- Develop holistic value chain strategy (with consideration of consumer centric, trade dynamic & profitability and Ferrero revenue) for existing and new products
- Consolidate and verify pricing related information from region and SOP
- Track new product launch and pricing implement performance
- Generate reco on price increase/change based on the data analytics and market knowledge
- Monitor and generate reco on profit pool adjustment
- Build price visibility by tracking both Ferrero and competition price regularly
- Perform assessment of consumer demand, identify portfolio gaps and overlaps across different channel environments
- Designed holistic channel portfolio strategies that drive above-market revenue growth curve
- Monitor portfolio/channel mix against budget and OP achievement over the year, generate reco and action plan when necessary
- Track actual volume, value and inventory and consolidate vol forecast on weekly basis
- Analyze business performance, prepare and support weekly sales meeting with GM, and track action plan
- Working experience in Revenue management, Commercial Finance or Commercial Excellence in FMCG industry is necessary;
- Knowledge of Pricing, Sales Revenue, Trade spending, Trade Marketing, Sales, Category Management processes and practices;
- Strong analytical skills and logic thinking
- Strong proficiency in Power point, Excel; Power BI and other reporting tool
