1.全面负责项目相关文件往来，项目各参与方的会议记录、往来函件收发登记。
2.负责建设单位、监理单位、分包单位等相关文件的收发，对施工部位、产值完成情况的汇总、申报、按月编制施工统计报表。
3.负责与业主方的相关函文往来。
4.负责按项目工程进度同步收集、整理施工技术资料与施工过程中所有技术变更、洽商记录，详细了解工程进度，做好各项工程的隐蔽记录和质检记录，做好分部分项工程技术资料的签证、整理、立卷，并按国家规定编目建档、存档。
5.负责项目现场资料、图纸等文件的收集、整理、回收、借阅、传阅，并及时传达，建立健全文件和资料的有效控制与各种记录，防止文件和资料的损坏、丢失。
6.掌握各种材料的检验方法，收集各种材料的合格证检验报告单。
7.配合支持公司总部做好项目现场的行政工作，协助项目部门工作人员相关事务工作。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，建筑工程管理、土木工程、工程造价等相关专业优先。
2.从事相关工作3年以上，有一定工程资料管理经验。
3.熟悉施工图纸，掌握建筑行业施工规范、要求、验收标准，熟悉ABCD类资料（A类建设单位资料、B类监理资料、C类施工单位资料、D类竣工资料）管理；
4. 沟通技巧良好，有团队合作精神，执行力强，条理清晰，有责任心。AVID is a Singapore and Shanghai based inter-disciplinary collaborative group comprised of architectural, interior, landscape, environmental and wayfinding, brand and product designers.
