And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.In this role you’ll make an impact by:Internal support of the Salesforce platform incl. trouble shooting and root cause analysis (access, incidents, change requests)External support of digital customer facing tools (access, incidents, change requests)Communication to internal and external users on changes and incidents in collaboration with stakeholders in CxTTraining of Salesforce super users and provide the project supportStakeholder managementData analysis and dashboardingConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect feedbackTo succeed you must hold:Relevant bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in information technology and business processes.3-5 years of related experience with thorough Salesforce experience as an Admin, Business Analyst, or equivalent role.Good analytical skills and knowledge of Salesforce reporting elements & PowerBIFluent English and Chinese oral and written communicationPrefer with experience in supporting users through a ticketing system, and knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA.Could our purpose be yours?
