- Manage and develop a team of client relations managers across China; ensuring sales targets and other growth KPIs are met
- Support in devising and implementing a growth strategy for PTE Academic in China, including the PTE Partner Program.
- Develop and manage strategic national partnerships and negotiate commercial deals with stakeholders including education and migration agents, commercial and academic language/test prep providers and others.
- Devise and implement strategies focusing on developing key growth areas such as testing high school age students and Australia/UK/Canada-bound cohorts, taking responsibility for certain national workstreams/projects.
- 7 years+ experience working in international education/international student recruitment/TEFL and with associated stakeholder groups such as government, education/migration agents, language schools, universities etc
- Experience managing remote teams
- Ability to think strategically, plan and execute, with evidence of successful business growth.
- Significant evidence of success in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunities, particularly in the education sector.
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to a range of different audiences. Highly developed oral, written and presentation skills.
- Influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility
