Our team is focused on providing actionable insights to support our Account Teams and ensure optimal performance across our businesses within the Kids2 portfolios. As a Sales Analyst, Demand & Sales Analytics, you'll be instrumental in shaping data-driven selling stories and leading demand planning efforts to enhance sales performance and minimize service interruptions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive sales reporting and data analytics to empower our Account Teams in making informed decisions and measuring success effectively.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Data-Driven Insights: Frame up compelling data-driven narratives to support sales strategies and initiatives, leveraging key insights to drive growth and profitability.
  • Demand Planning Leadership: Lead demand planning efforts to anticipate market demands, minimize service disruptions, and optimize inventory management.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports on sales trends, including point-of-sale data and customer inventory metrics, to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Business Planning and Guidance: Maintain the account business plan and provide forecast and planning guidance to sales and demand teams based on the latest data and customer intelligence.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5Y Experience Sales Analytics/Demand Planning.
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think analytically and solve problems creatively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI).
EDUCATION & SKILLS
  • 4-year college degree in business, operations, engineering, economics, or related field.
  • Retail Link, Partners Online and other retailer portals experience a plus
  • High level of organization and detail-orientation
  • Plans and manages effectively.
  • Focuses on the customer.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Service oriented
